Hi, I'm Will Mossey — owner of Brookline Contracting. Ten years as a licensed electrician taught me how a good build comes together: clear scope, honest schedules, and the right trades in the right order.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes — the estimate and the on-site consultation are both free, with no obligation. We walk the project, talk through scope and timeline, and put a detailed written number in front of you. No pressure to sign.
What areas do you serve?
Upper Passaic, Bergen, Essex, and Morris counties — including Wayne, Little Falls, Totowa, Verona, Boonton, Parsippany, Franklin Lakes, Oakland, and the surrounding towns.
What does the two-year warranty cover?
Parts and labor, for two full years from completion — no fine print, no exclusions. If something we built isn’t right within that window, we come back and fix it.
How big a project will you take on?
Anything from a single bathroom remodel to a ground-up custom home. You get the attention of an owner-operator and the capacity of a much bigger shop, thanks to a deep bench of trusted subcontractors.
Do you handle electrical work?
Yes — coordinated by Brookline and performed by a licensed New Jersey electrician under subcontract. Will spent ten years on the tools as a licensed electrician, so the scoping is sharp even though the licensed install flows through our electrical sub.

Will Mossey — start to finish. The person who quotes your project is the same person running it. One contact for every trade, every decision, and every change order, from the first walkthrough to the final warranty visit.
