Six steps. No surprises. This is exactly how a project with us unfolds, from the moment you reach out to the day the warranty window closes.

  1. Request

    Day 1

    Submit the estimate form on the Contact page, or call. I’ll respond within 24 hours to set up a time that works for you.

  2. Consultation

    Within 1 week

    Free on-site walkthrough. We talk through scope, vision, constraints, materials, and timeline. No commitment, no pressure.

  3. Estimate

    Within 1–2 weeks

    Detailed written estimate, line-itemed by trade and material. You know exactly what you’re paying for — no surprise costs after the fact.

  4. Contract

    Once you approve

    We sign a contract that locks in scope, schedule, payment milestones, and change-order process. Everything in writing before anyone swings a hammer.

  5. Build

    Per the schedule

    Work begins. You get regular progress updates, a single point of contact for every trade on site, and an honest answer to every question.

  6. Warranty

    2 years from completion

    Two-year warranty on all parts and labor — covered, no fine print. If something we built isn’t right within two years, we come back and fix it.
