I'm Will Mossey — owner of Brookline Contracting.
I spent ten years as a licensed electrician in New Jersey before starting this business. Ten years of being on hundreds of job sites, watching how good builds came together and how bad ones came apart. The single biggest difference between projects that ran smoothly and projects that didn't was the contractor — how the work was scoped, how the schedule was set, how the trades were run.
That's why I built Brookline the way I did. Most of the physical labor on our projects is handled by a deep bench of trusted subcontractors — many of them people I've worked alongside for years. Framers, plumbers, tile setters, finish carpenters, electricians. They know what excellent work looks like, and they show up on time.
My job is to be your single point of contact. I scope the work, write the estimate, schedule every trade, and make sure the project hits the standard we agreed on. You get the attention of an owner-operator and the capacity of a much bigger shop — from a single bath remodel to a ground-up custom home.
We work across upper Passaic, Bergen, Essex, and Morris counties — Wayne, Little Falls, Totowa, Verona, Boonton, Parsippany, Franklin Lakes, Oakland, and the surrounding area.
Every project we deliver comes backed by a two-year warranty on parts and labor. No fine print, no exclusions. If something we built isn't right within two years, we fix it.
