A quick note on framing: Brookline Contracting does not hold a New Jersey electrical contractor license. Any electrical work on our projects is executed by a licensed New Jersey electrician working under sub contract. Brookline owns the project — scope, schedule, coordination, and quality — but the electrical work itself flows through a properly licensed pro.
That said, electrical is in the founder's background. Will Mossey spent ten years on the tools as a licensed electrician before starting Brookline as a general contractor, so we understand electrical scope deeply — we know what's realistic, what's expensive, and what's code. Our electrical sub trusts our scoping; our clients get clear answers without the run-around.
Common electrical scope on our projects includes panel upgrades (especially before adding EV chargers or major appliances), whole-home rewires on older houses, recessed and smart-lighting build-outs, and generator hookups. We coordinate permitting and inspections through our electrical sub.
